How the pricing works at each pharmacy#

Totiva#

You fill in a free online consultation. A UK clinician reviews your answers. If treatment is suitable, you choose your pack and pay then. If you are not approved, you pay nothing.

There is no subscription. You reorder when you need more, and you pay the same standard price from your first order onwards. You can see every pack on our ED page at /services/ed.

ZAVA#

ZAVA is not a subscription service, and there is no consultation fee. When you order, your card is held pending and you are only charged once a doctor approves your order.

The ZAVA figures in our tables are standard pack prices, taken on 3 November 2026. When you compare prices, compare the same pack at its standard price. A first-order offer can look cheaper than the price you will pay on your next order.

Which is cheaper, Totiva or ZAVA?#

On 3 November 2026, Totiva was cheaper at every pack we compared: 24 out of 24. The gap ranged from £2 on some Viagra Connect packs to £25.02 on 56 tablets of daily tadalafil 5mg.

• The negative ones, and the replies. A clear, helpful reply to a complaint says a lot about how a service treats people.

Checking any online pharmacy in the UK#

Sildenafil and tadalafil for ED are prescription-only medicines. That means you need a consultation with a prescriber before you can get them. Viagra Connect is a pharmacy medicine, so you do not need a prescription. A pharmacist still has to check it is safe for you.
