How the pricing works at each pharmacy#

Totiva#

The consultation is free. A UK-registered prescriber reviews your answers. Payment is only taken if your treatment is approved. If you're not approved, you pay nothing.

Boots#

A common question is whether Boots uses a subscription. Our check covered Boots standard pack prices only, so we haven't described its payment terms here. When you compare, look at the price for the same pack. A one-off first-order offer can make a price look lower than what you'll pay next time.

Which is cheaper, Totiva or Boots?#

Totiva was cheaper at every compared pack: 24 out of 24. The gap ranged from £1 on the 16-tablet Viagra Connect pack to £100.03 on 84 tablets of daily tadalafil 5mg.

A fair comparison means the same medicine, the same strength and the same pack size. Comparing a 4-tablet pack with a 16-tablet pack, or a brand with a generic, won't tell you much.

Checking any online pharmacy in the UK#

Before you order from anywhere, check that:

• The pharmacy is on the GPhC register.
• Its latest inspection report is available and up to date.
• It never supplies a prescription medicine without a consultation.
• You're not buying from a social-media seller. The MHRA warns that ED tablets from unregulated sellers are often fake or unsafe.
