The next day I had a very friendly and professional video consultation, which made me feel comfortable and well looked after. Really good communication, I have ordered from other places and this just seems to have a bit more of a personal touch. Quite a bit cheaper too. However the needles and the packaging are clearly cheaper too. The needles bend easily and my pen is not really cold when it arrives which is disappointing as the previous provider had great packaging and stronger needles but I guess it’s cheaper and they have to reduce costs somehow.

Totiva as Always was a straightforward repeat order,Checking in with the prescribers for any changes since my last order,all good which I think is due to having a steady weight loss and the occasional gain due to lifestyle but more importantly no side affects.One thing I will say with Totiva is the fair pricing and free postage,with my previous provider it was a good few days before the order once checked was sent out,with Totiva my prescription is ordered and despatched Royal Mail delivers it quickly,and I get a follow up email to check all is well a couple of days later. Very happy with the service.
