We have taken Boots's standard prices for these medicines from its website in October 2026, and they are shown in the tables above. We have not been able to verify its current payment terms, so we have not described them here.

Whichever pharmacy you look at, ask 2 questions before you order. What will I pay in month 1? And what will I pay from month 2 onwards? If those answers differ, the second one matters more over a full course.

Boots Mounjaro price#

Boots's standard Mounjaro prices run from £182.95 for the 2.5mg pen to £342.95 for the 15mg pen. Totiva's run from £136.88 to £268.88 across the same strengths.

Most people start on 2.5mg and move up in steps, often every 4 weeks or more. That means you will likely pay for several strengths over time. Look at the whole table, not just the starting price.

Which is cheaper, Totiva or Boots?#

Based on Totiva prices and Boots standard prices from its website, both checked in October 2026, Totiva is cheaper at most of the strengths compared. The size of the gap varies by medicine and strength.

Boots is lower at 1 strength: the Wegovy 0.25mg pen, by £3.88.

Does Boots use a subscription?#

We could not verify whether Boots currently uses a subscription for weight loss treatment, so we are not going to guess. Ask before you order whether you are signing up to repeat payments.

We have not quoted review ratings for either pharmacy, because scores move week to week. If you read reviews, these tips help:

• Look at recent reviews. A service can change a lot in a year.
• Read the negative ones and the replies. How a pharmacy responds tells you a lot.
• Watch for patterns. One late delivery is bad luck. Dozens of similar complaints are a trend.

Checking any online pharmacy in the UK#
