Totiva#

The consultation is free. Payment is only taken if a prescriber approves your treatment. If you are not approved, you pay nothing.

We could not verify Voy's current payment terms for this article. That includes when you are charged and whether a first-month offer applies. So we have not described them rather than guess.

Whatever pharmacy you look at, compare 2 numbers: the first-month price and the price from month 2 onwards. Also ask when payment is taken and whether you are agreeing to repeat payments.

Voy Mounjaro price#

On Voy's website in October 2026, its standard Mounjaro prices ran from £214 for 2.5mg to £359 for 15mg. Totiva's run from £136.88 to £268.88 across the same strengths.

Most people start on 2.5mg and move up every few weeks if the dose suits them. That means the starting price tells you little about what you will pay over a year. The full table above is the fairer guide.

Which is cheaper, Totiva or Voy?#

On standard prices, Totiva is cheaper at every strength we could compare like for like. That covers 15 of 15 strengths across Mounjaro, Wegovy pens (0.25mg to 2.4mg) and Wegovy tablets. The gap ranges from £50.12 (Wegovy 2.4mg) to £104 (Wegovy tablets 25mg). Totiva prices were checked in October 2026, and Voy prices were taken from its website in October 2026. We did not count Wegovy 7.2mg, because Totiva's price is for a pack of 4 single-use pens and we have not confirmed Voy's quantity. We could not compare Foundayo.

To compare fairly yourself, line up the same medicine, the same strength, the same quantity and the same month of treatment. Remember that an introductory offer only applies once. After that, the standard price is what you will keep paying.

Does Voy use a subscription?#

We could not verify Voy's current subscription terms, so we have not stated them here. Before you sign up anywhere, ask whether you are joining a plan, how you cancel and whether the price changes after the first order.

Totiva has no subscription. You order each time you need treatment. Neither approach is right or wrong. A plan can suit people who like automatic deliveries, while ordering as you go suits people who want full control over each payment.

• Focus on recent reviews. A pharmacy's service can change a lot in a year.
• Read the negative ones and the responses. How a pharmacy handles a problem says a lot.
• Watch for patterns. One late delivery is bad luck. Dozens of the same complaint is a warning sign.
• Separate pharmacy complaints from side effects. Nausea on Mounjaro is a medicine effect, not a pharmacy failing.

Checking any online pharmacy in the UK#

Weight loss injections such as Mounjaro and Wegovy are prescription-only medicines. That means a prescriber must assess you before they can be supplied. Before you order from anyone:

• Check the pharmacy is on the GPhC register.
• Read its latest GPhC inspection report.
• Avoid any site that sells these medicines without a proper consultation.
• Avoid social media sellers and unlicensed "weight loss pens". The MHRA has warned these may be fake, contaminated or the wrong dose.

Get medical help fast if you have severe stomach pain that does not go away, especially if it spreads to your back. This can be a sign of pancreatitis. Also get help for dehydration from ongoing vomiting or diarrhoea.
